BEFORE THE CEREMONY: If possible, go outside at high noon in your location (or just enjoy the day outside!), say a prayer, send & receive Light! The sun is at the highest point in the sky on the longest day of the year. Feel the Power!

SUPPLIES TO GATHER BEFORE THE CEREMONY: Journal or Paper (several sheets), Pen, Candle (yellow and gold correspond to the Sun but choose any color that feels good), Candle Holder, Matches or Lighter, Plate/Tray/something to catch drips, Paper Towels, Garbage Can.

OPTIONAL SUPPLIES: Incense to set the mood, honey, essential oils or olive/coconut oil, any herbs you feel called to or that support your intention (look up their properties). You do not need to use every (or even any) herb or flower - even one will do it and simple is beautiful! Trust your intuition.

Paul will open the ceremony with a nurturing and heart-centered teaching on the Principles of Life to inspire and lift our workings this evening.

ASTROLOGICAL ALIGNMENT: SUMMER SOLSTICE + NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSE IN CANCER

The summer solstice - Litha or Midsummer as it is known on the Pagan wheel of the year - is the longest day of the year when the sun is at its height in the northern hemisphere. The sun is an incredibly strong astrological influence representing our core consciousness, so this is peak energy for Magick! The summer solstice is not connected to eclipses, but this year it happens to be perfectly coordinated with the New Moon Solar Eclipse at 0 degrees Cancer. Powerful! Eclipses are harbingers of change. They bring us back into alignment with our highest path (which may be more or less comfortable depending on how far we have strayed from our truth). We will experience a strong new beginning and light activation with any solar eclipse. Astrology shows the energetic weather and currents, but we always have the power to choose, to create, to become. Rebekah will go over the astrological specifics and how we can best work with these energies.

MANIFESTATION OR MAGICK?

They are one and the same, although “Magick” feels like a lot less work and a lot more enchanting. Our work this evening will be in elevating our emotional state and connecting with the The Force of Love to shift energy in our lives, surrendering our Magick to The Force of Love to organize in a way that will undoubtedly be even better than we can currently conceive. We will be doing breathwork in this ceremony! Breathwork raises energy which can be directed for healing, divine connection and manifestation! Breathwork moves a tremendous amount of new prana into the body (not just oxygen!), which flushes old energy out, all the while gracefully and powerfully opening the heart as well as other energy centers. This is a foolproof way to open the heart center and reconnect with The Force, both within you and all around you.

ABOUT REBEKAH

Rebekah works with Music, Astrology, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Meditation, the Law of Vibration & the Divine to help clients on their very personal paths to healing. Born & raised in Nova Scotia, Canada, by professional musicians and progressive thinkers, she has been singing since before she could speak and contemplating God and the nature of existence since the age of four.
